Refund Policy

Refund and Course Rescheduling Policy:

Heartfelt gratitude to you for buying our courses. We want to ensure that you and all our users have a rewarding experience while they are on their way to discover information, assess and purchase our training courses, be it for our online or classroom training courses.

As with any other online purchase experience, written below are the terms and conditions that govern our Refund Policy. When you buy a training course on the Eduranz website you agree to our Privacy Policy & Terms of use policy and the points mentioned below.

Cancellation & Refunds: Classroom Training:

  • Eduranz, reserves all the right to postpone or cancel an event, or make a change in the location of an event owing to lack of sufficient enrolments, instructor ill-health or any force-majeure events (for instance natural disasters like floods, earthquakes, or emergencies like political instability, etc.)
  • In case of Eduranz cancelling an event, 100% refund will be made to the user.
  • If the cancellation is initiated by a delegate 7 days or more, before the event, 10 percent of total paid amount will be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded back to the delegate.
  • In the case of cancellation being initiated by any delegate 7 days or less, preceding the event, no refunds will be made.

Cancellation & Refunds: Online Classroom Training:

  1. The refund request will not be processed if the user has attended the online classroom training for more than one day’s session or if the user has access to the course material from the learning portal.
  3. Note: All refund requests shall be processed within twenty working days of receiving the same.
  5. No refund will be available on discounted courses.
  7. If the delegate doesn’t show up on the given schedule, and asks for a refund, then the request will not be entertained.
  9. Ensure that you raise a refund request within 7 days of commencement of the first session. Any refund request after 7 days of making the purchase of the course will not be accepted and no refund will be made.
  11. In the case of refund, tax amount will not be refunded back.

Cancellation & Refunds: Self Paced Learning Courses:

  1. No refund will be available for Self Paced courses.
  3. If anytime it is found that any user is sharing the course with others or multiple users or if the  intention of course purchase has been to copy the material or Content, access will be blocked as and then. Also, no refund will be provided.

Note – Any disputes, differences or matters which may arise at any time between the parties to this Agreement or anyone who claims, influences or arises from or related to this Agreement or the principal issue will be decided by the first arbitrator for the sole, arbitration of arbitration winner. The verdict shall be final and binding on the parties.The venue for Arbitration is Jaipur (Rajasthan). All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the court in Jaipur (Rajasthan), India

Course Rescheduling Policy:

  1. In case Eduranz reschedules the training event, these are the options available to the delegate:
  3. 100% refund will be issued, if the rescheduled dates do not fit into the delegate’s schedule.
  5. Furthermore, the delegate will have the privilege of rescheduling and attending a class in future as per his or her convenience on any date of scheduled training.
  7. If the delegate wishes, he/she can send his/her replacement. However, this should be intimated to the Eduranz team at least 3 days prior to the event date.
  9. If for some unforeseen reasons, any delegate wishes to reschedule his/her registration to a date in the future, a rescheduling fee will be charged as stated below:
  11. If the rescheduling request is received ahead of 72 hours for online training or 5 days for offline training, 10% of the registration fee will be subject to charge.
  13. Please take note that rescheduling will also be subject to availability of seats for all types of training Eduranz offers.
  15. If the rescheduling request is received within 72 hours or less for online and 4 days or less for offline, no refund will be processed in the favour of the delegate. However, the delegate can opt for replacement policy if he wishes.
